About our Client - Our client is a professional Big 4 consulting firm seeking a Vice President Market Research for it's shared services centre.The position is based out of Hyderabad and due to the global nature of work,the timings for the role would be as per the US geography.

Job Description - Reporting to the global headquarters and leading a team of 8 reportees,your job responsibilities would include:

- Leading the Market Development Services team including data analysis,research,account management,events and design

- Providing strategic support to stakeholders in India and USA with market development,research,opportunity identification, client collaterals

- Responsible for coaching/managing performance of direct reports, building a leadership pipeline and for succession planning

- Responsible for overall operational excellence (quality, efficiency, utilization, talent development and growth, budget aspects) for Market Development Services India

The Successful Candidate - You would possess 15+ years of experience in market research, marketing, research and data analysis.You would have a proven track record of success with senior stakeholder management. Experience in a Big 4 business development pre-sales team or shared services environment is preferred.
