VP - Location Head/Site Head - Production - API - Pharma

- To manage entire plant operations as per the annual plan

- Guide production, maintenance, stores and admin teams in their respective functions.

- Monitoring production on daily basis and take action to correct the deviations.

- Conducting pre-formulation studies of new products for physical & chemical analysis and evaluating the compatibility of drug substances with ingredients and safety norms

- To enhance total plant performance and achieved significant improvements in throughput, quality, reduced cost.

- To generating innovative ideas to improve the quality and quantity of the drug intermediate and API.

- To conducting Self Inspection / Internal Quality Audits and Training Class on SOP's and critical operation of process.
