VP - Finance Change (Lean)

Our Client is one of the growing MNC bank in the region and is looking for VP Lean to support strategy in Finance. This is a new role due to continuous expansion of the bank in the region and operates in a multi stakeholder environment.

Brief responsibilities will include :

- Leading the lean and re-engineering function for the finance set-up of the bank supporting global geographies.

- Drive continuous improvement culture through training, co-ordination and implementation of principles of Lean/Six Sigma in day-to-day operations

- Liaise with the business heads for managing service quality, assurance, change and re-engineering within finance functions.

- To act as internal consultant for the organization and drive business managers for Lean projects.

- Formulate effective & credible mechanism to continually enhance, measure, track and report overall performance of engagements.

To qualify for this role you will require :

- Certified trained in Lean and Six Sigma with strong experience in continuous improvement across complex finance functions in a bank.

- Successful track record of managing senior stakeholders in an international environment.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

- Successful track record of leading and growing high performing teams.

- A keen eye for detail where required, instilling this across the team.
