Looking for people from KYC, Rememdiations, renewals, PEP experience
Location- Mumbai
- Represent KYC team in global forums, strategic meetings and articulate requirements.
- Participate and manage SOX & internal / external audits successfully.
In addition to daily KYC BAU activities, the team is also part of strategic projects and decision making, such as -
- Identify vendors & participate in vendor meetings to assess KYC tools and their offerings.
- Ensure KYC business requirement documents are complete is amongst the approving / sign off units.
Role & Responsibilities:
Key Skills: Mandatory Desired
Minimum 10 years of work experience preferably in KYC Program / project management skills desirable
Strong communication, people & project management expertise.
Sound understanding of the risk & control aspects from KYC perspective.
Should have people management experience
Understanding of regulatory requirements such as Mifid, FATCA, Dodfrank, regional specifications from KYC perspective.
Should have managed / been part of a KYC team which involves execution of KYC for multiple regions
