VP - Investment Banking Operations - Equity Derivatives

We are looking for Vice President - Investment Banking Operations (Equity Derivatives) for a leading Investment Bank.

Job Location is Pune.

- Mandatory Requirement - This role is open for only Female Candidates.

- Minimum of 5 years Equity Derivatives product experience, specific to the Middle Office/Operations function.

- Overall 10+ years of banking and/or financial services experience

- Strong people management skills.

Responsibilities :

- Escalation/Face offwith the Equity Derivatives Sales and Trading Desk for all Operational matters, front to back.

- Stakeholder management

- Work in direct partnership with the regional and product teams.

- Subject Matter Expert for front to back process. Responsible for the oversight of all trade related issues and activity.

- Setting up and booking of Structured Equity derivative Trades including Equity Swaps, Warrants, Certificates, OTC Options, listed F+O and a variety of different asset class Hedging and derivative products.

- Monitoring Controls around various reconciliations across Exotic Derivative business lines.

- Manage a large, diverse team.

- Ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory change.

- Oversight of the control environment and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators, in partnership with the global teams.

- Collate and review MIS and present back to the Business,as well as regional and product manager.

- Work closely with global teams. Identify issues, map ideas around issue resolution and drivers of proposed solutions

- Strong understanding of risks associated to Equity Derivatives
