VP - Investment Banking - Infrastructure & Logistics Sector

Location : Mumbai (Outstation candidates willing to relocate to Mumbai may apply)

Profile requirement :

- 8+ years of exposure into Investment Banking / Corporate Finance Advisory in Infrastructure (Preferably in Roads, Ports, Renewables, Conventional Energy, Urban Transportation etc.) & Logistics sector with in depth understanding of Commercial & financing aspects. Exposure to Project Finance & ECM deals / transactions may be an added advantage.

- Relationship with Infra focused Private Equity Funds, Pension & Sovereign Funds, Multi lateral funding agencies / Financial Institutions (like IFC, ADB, WB etc.), Developers & EPC Players (Domestic & MNCs) would be a key criteria.

Role :

- Leading sourcing and execution of PE, M&A, Structured debt, Corporate Finance Advisory in the Infrastructure & Logistics Sector

- Leading execution of binding agreements and deal closure
