Vice President - Human Resources (Strictly for 2004/2005 Batch Premier MBAs)

Location- Bangalore

Job Description

- Overall HR leadership to the business group.

- Provide comprehensive, end to end HR support for the business, including talent acquisition, talent management and retention, organization design, leadership development, compensation, employee relations and learning.

- Ensure HR initiatives and programs are delivered to client organization.

- Position functions as senior level HR representative to business partners.

Desired Skills & Experience

- MBA / PGDM from a tier-1 institution - XLRI, TISS, MDI, Symbiosis or other premier institutions.

- 8-10 years of experience as a high performing HR Generalist / HR Business Partner.

- Proven capability in driving HR strategy, policy and plans in alignment with business needs.

- Experience in leading transformational change programs, talent assessment and development.

- Should have experience of working in a multinational organisation handling leadership roles.
