Our client is a corporate group engaging 1,100 associates between three jewelry manufacturing facilities located at SEEPZ Zone in Mumbai and diamond facilities in Gujarat, India. They have sales offices in America and Europe servicing customers who are reputed brands, wholesalers, and retail chains in over 15 countries

JOB DESCRIPTION

The resource would be responsible for

- Managing a head count of 1000 + Employees along with an H.R team .

- Manpower planning and budgeting for the Company

- Handling recruitment and induction of new recruits

- Preparing and updating of HR policies and procedures

- Developing Organizational Developmental (OD) initiatives .

- Identification of training needs based on understanding of competency gaps Organizing in-house training programs after reviewing departments need

- Capability building through competence development

- Mentoring & Leadership development

- Performance Management System

- Policy formulation and implementation

- HR Administration

- Handling Grievances & Legal Compliance

- Strong emphasis on Employee relations and engagement

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- An M.B.A H.R with extensive experience in a manufacturing sector.

- The resource should be experienced in one on one man management , employee relations and employee engagement.

- Preference will be given to a candidate who would know Marathi

- The resource should be a hands on H.R Professional who would be comfortable with direct interactions with the employee
