Key requirements :

- Strategically develop and implement HR strategies that align with company objectives to cultivate and enhance the organizational culture.

- Proven proficiency in talent acquisition, development, and retention.

- Successfully create career development paths across various organizational levels.

- Expertise in setting up and streamlining people-related policies and procedures, especially field sales forces.

- Have over 6-10 years of experience in retail and/ or D2C.
