We have senior level mandate with one of our esteemed client which is in Technology space, looking for Vice President - Human Resource to contribute in company’s strategic and operational goals.

Reporting to: CEO

Profile:

- Organization Development and People Management.

- Training & development.

- Compensation & benefits management

- Recruitment and Staffing

- Statutory Compliance

Desired Profile:

- Should be a full time MBA in H.R with 12 - 16 years of experience in large and dynamic setups.

- Good to have exposure in Tech startup's.

- Should be high on energy and live wire people management skill.
