We have been retained by one of our MNC Clients to recruit for the following position

Client: Our client is one of the well known MNC Brand and one of the market leaders in the areas in which it operates.

Position : Head Human Resources

Location : Bangalore

KRA's :

- Managing day to day HR Functions

- Developing and creating the HR Strategies

- Commercial or Sales Experience mandatory.

- Responsible for managing the people agenda for the Sales function. Needs to develop the HR strategy and ensure effective implementation.

- Aligning the Business strategy with the HR strategy

- Being the face of the HR to the Global Organisation

- Ensuring the Execution of the above strategies

Candidate Skill set and Experience :

We are seeking candidates from 2003- 2005 batches from only premier institutes from IT, Telecom, FMCG, Paints, Pharmaceuticals, Tyres, Infrastructure. Heavy Engineering Sectors Only.
