VP - HR Data Analytics

Our client is a leading global financial services group, looking for a Senior Leader to join the Data Analytics team specifically for Human Resource function.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Being a key contributor to the HR Analytics team of the company, responsible for managing utmost critical projects related to Human Capital function globally.

- Review various critical situations/gaps internally and develop predictive/solution-based models to provide insights to the senior management.

- Drive the implementation of the strategic decisions across different functions and businesses as per the inferences of the insights and decisions of the management.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- At least 12-15 years of experience.

- In-depth understanding of analytics with prior of experience of working Python, Power BI, Machine Learning and Big Data Technologies.

- Strong educational background of Mathematics/Statistics/Computers is necessary.

- Extensive experience with one or more programming languages is expected.

- Strong communication skills and experience in working directly with clients and manage integral stakeholders.
