This role will work with the Operations leads across HR and the Organization Effectiveness lead to accomplish broader HR objectives.  This role will ensure coordination and communication across Learning and Talent Development. Responsible for managing leadership and all team call schedules and agendas, cross team communications/deliverable, and team websites all aimed to keep the team informed and engaged.   Act as a single point of contact for all Learning and Talent Development members to get questions answered  or point people to where they can get questions answered.  This role works on strategic cross Learning and Talent Development projects on an as needed basis.
