Experience:

- Minimum 12-18 years of work experience with at least 3 years at a senior managerial level of leading large teams across multiple processes, especially Analytics processes.

Education:

- Graduate in any discipline, Preferably a MBA/ PGDBM from a Tier I Institute (mandate)

Job Purpose:

- Work as a HR consultant with business leaders to achieve shared organizational objectives, in particular designing and implementing HR systems and processes that support strategic business aims. Be embedded in business as Strategic Advisor; Service Manager; and Business Catalyst to manage, grow, hire, engage and retain talent. Initiate, Introduce & Implement measures to ensure smooth functioning of organizational policies balancing employee satisfaction and manage HR relationship

Strategy:

- Develop and own the people strategy for the relevant business unit.

- Ensure the strategy and initiatives are aligned to HR practices, strategy and standards

- Monitor and drive HR plans to achieve successful completion on time, budget and quality

- Support and manage all risk elements of the business including but not limited to revenue & cost, attrition, customer experience and brand reputation

- Develop long term HR goals within own business area to align with the organization's vision. Create plans which involve capitalizing on current opportunities and future emerging trends.

Leadership:

- Provide leadership to the managers and management oversight for issue resolution

- Provides leadership to HRBP teams and related functions.

- Create an environment that encourages staff retention; high levels of staff engagement and ensures employee satisfaction shows a year on year improvement

- Embed a culture of regular reviews and performance management for HRBP team

- Contribute in promoting employer of first choice

- Serve as single point of HR senior management contact to the Executive and Onshore stakeholders for the processes undertaken

- Set and communicate common business goals and objectives for HRBP team and assist Business's in setting goals including business goals

- Provide a single point of HR management for business change in the unit

- Face off with senior business (B6/B7 and SX) level stakeholders

- Actively support Succession planning and Talent Management initiatives and investing in manager development activities - Build a strong leadership pipeline

- Develop and Manage HRBP team by ensuring adequate developmental plans and trainings

Relationship Management:

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders within and senior executives and leaders in the customer businesses served

- Proactively engage/agree plans and outputs with leadership in the customer sending business units related to HR

- Work with functional owners to ensure cohesion between individual department goals

- Oversee and manage senior stakeholder visits for the Business Unit related to HR

Service Management

- Manage process adherence and deliver to the contractually agreed Service Levels

- Drive process rigor, efficiency and consistency

- Deliver excellent Management Information

- Interpret HR MI related to performance of own business area and ensure performance standards are maintained.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement.

- Manage DC&G process as per policy guidelines.

- Ensuring the Attrition levels are in control

- Ensure maximum survey penetration across Processes.

- Ensure Impact plans for each process and team is clearly articulated in line with overall process E-sat and signed off.

- Action Planning/Implementation of all the Identified Areas as per approved plan and timelines.

- Provide data through various listening tool on the effectiveness of the deployment of the Impact plans on a quarterly basis to the process leaders.

- Weekly MIS on exit to be monitored & maintained and all exit formalities to be completed within the stipulated time frame.

- Ensure Team Managers & above are trained with new Policies

- All Employees to have a mid year review by Sept End and a Year End review by Mid March.

- Ensure 100% of Appraisal hard -copy collection by end of H1 and H2

- KRO audits to be implemented and completed twice a year.

- Adequate Coverage of Employees for tenure 6 months and above in the system at all levels Post Skip Sessions to be done. Areas of concern to be identified and also action plans to be developed to address concerned areas.

- Identify and highlight key areas of action plans and follow-up (HR related Areas) on its implementation to improve support survey scores

-Drive/contribute to key initiatives like EOS, EOS action Planning, Pay round, Benchmarking etc for business

Financial Management:

- Manage budgets for own business
