VP - HR BP (Finance IT domain)  Our Client is one of the well know names in the Investment Banking industry.  - They are looking for an AVP - HR Business Partner aligned with the IT side of the financial services or Banking domain.  - The right candidate should have an experience of over 14 years and should be currently a VP   - The candidate should have a good knowledge of the Investment Banking IT side.  - The position reports to the Director HR. There would be a matrix / dotted line reporting relationship with the Global / Regional HR Head for the CIO Business Vertical.  - The person will be an IC with proven ability to partner with the business at strategic as well execution level ensuring intense HR engagement  - Ability to partner / engage with global HR counterparts and also work closely with the Site HR Lead on site wide initiatives including compliance & regulatory norms etc.
