VP - HR Analytics - BFSI

We do have an opening for the profile of HR Analytics (VP role) / Leading MNC / Bank / Mumbai.

Job Descripition:

- To lead and manage HR reporting team of the bank's shared services unit

- To provide ad hoc reporting and analytics solutions to different business functions

- To be able to devise and implement reporting solutions of the data available

- To be strong in reporting and data mining skills

- Experience in HR reporting will be an added advantage

- Proficient in excel, VBA and other statistical tools

- Looking for the people for COE who can support on advanced analytics and human capital.

- People should be strong in reporting
