About Our Client

Our Client is one of the largest banks globally with presence in over 80 countries. They have a strong history of presence within and are committed to their units in India and are currently looking for someone to lead one of their strategically significant roles within their Analytics unit

Job Description

You will be reporting to the Head of the Analytics division. Your responsibilities would include :

- Establishing the vision, objectives and goals of the division you shall be leading

- Acting as the main interface between the Business partners , Top leadership and the analytics division

- Envisioning and being the primary architect of the information infrastructure build upon core quantitative modeling to serve the needs of the Group Hr and the Business partners

- Defining business initiatives with senior management and develop business requirements and bring forward solutions of these through analytics using the reporting Managers and their teams.

The Successful Applicant

- You should have an MBA from a top B School or a Masters in Economics/Statistics with at least 10 years of work experience in the analytics domain ( knowledge of Hr Analytics would be preferred )
