Position Summary:

The Supplier Onsite Review Team Leader will be responsible for:

- Serves as the team member for onsite reviews of high risk suppliers.

- Responsible for accurately identifying and assessing operational risks associate with high risk suppliers.

- Supports the preparation of onsite review reports with supportable conclusions on the overall risk profile of high risk suppliers.

- Builds work papers that documents how risks are identified, analyzed, and reported.

- Provides input on issues remediation.

- Participates in follow up reviews to test remediation steps that ensure issues are properly and fully remediated.

- Provides Supplier Onsite Review Team Leader and Manager with data for management reports on key risk trends observed at high risk suppliers.

- Supports the design and development of the scope for onsite reviews for each type of high risk supplier.

- Provides additional ad hoc supplier risk management support for Supplier Due Diligence and Supplier Risk Management Offices

Requirements -

- 9+ years of direct, relevant experience in risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and remediation.

- Strong relationship management skills with ability to deepen relationships and build partnerships across the various lines of businesses.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to influence and drive results in a team environment.

- A deep understanding of the changing economics and operational capabilities of suppliers across a broad spectrum of business types.

- Ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results in a fast pace environment.

- Pragmatic problem-solver, forward thinker with independence of thought.

- Strong understanding of risk identification, assessment, and management.

- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.

- Good organizational skills, with proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities.
