As VP/Head, the candidate is responsible for:

- Owning the Project strategy and ensuring the definition and execution of the strategy maximises the project success

- Working with the Programme Head, Country Implementations to define the BaU target operating support model for the Project's scope of work

- Establish a Command Centre team resourced with a combination of fixed resources and resources that are seconded for short periods of time to support the immediate post go live periods. Work with key FCSU resources to facilitate this

- Ensure appropriate subject matter expertise is developed by the Command Centre team so that professional, accurate and proactive support can be given to end users

- Develop an effective project communication channel that proactively provides end user support, proactive messages and information that will enable the end users to enhance their performance

Pre Go Live

- Manage the Dress Rehearsal process to ensure a complete list of all activities is recorded, timings are validated, end user engagement is fully documented and practiced

- Establish a pre-production programme of activities, communicate this to the end users in conjunction with the Country Implementation Manager(s), manage the pre-production phase and monitor, record issues and manage these to resolution and report completion of the pre production phase

Go Live

- Manage the Command Centre during the go live window ensuring that the - Run Book- is adhered to, issues are managed and escalated where required, project team members and stakeholders are appropriately informed throughout the cut over period

- Manage the user verification phase ensuring end users know when they need to be available, what they need to complete, scripts are available and results are recorded

- Manage the - Go Live- process and approvals including identifying and scheduling the key decision makers, gathering all the evidence for the Go Live decision, managing the go live call and ensuring that all cut-over documentation and decisions are recorded and filed for subsequent audit requirements

- Trigger communications to the wider FCC audience post successful go live

Post Go Live

- Establish a network of Floor Walkers, with the appropriate knowledge, to support end users in the immediate post go live period across all end user locations

- Plan and execute a highly effective, proactive and structured post go live support model to support each go live. This will include a combination of Project, FCSU, PSS and system Production Owners.

The programme will cover:

Technical issues and engagement with ITSC

End user knowledge and skills support to enhance productivity

Communication to end users and stakeholders

Reporting

Skills Required

- Ability to collaborate and work dynamically across a broad range of stakeholders, cultures and locations

- Exemplary integrity, ethics, independent and resilience.

- Personal authority, with proven ability to establish relationships and provide direction at senior management levels.
