Responsibilities:

- Heading the IT Function for the organization

- Ensure right technology at optimum cost for the business to enable differentiated service in the market place

- Ensure completion of Projects with no time or cost overrun through strict and structured Project Governance

- Maximize technology support at optimum cost

- Ensure high levels of process automation to reduce dependency on manual processes avoiding errors and re-work

- Ensure technology support to partners to provide business transaction with ease

- Ensure customer delight is enhanced by technology initiatives and thus retention and increased share of the wallet.

- Meet business change requests to ensure early mover advantage

- Continuously scan the technology eco-system to identify new technology and proactively suggest initiatives to business adding value as a true enabler.

- Ensure the Information which is the main asset of the company is adequately protected from both external and internal threats through implementation of security policies.
