Role & Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to augment and accelerate companies growth in users through online marketing (SEM, SEO, Social Media, Affiliate)
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on channels like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Conceptualize creative content for text and display ads to maximize CTRs of campaigns
- Consumer insights: analyse trends in reader behaviour; leverage results to inform the marketing strategy and execution
- Work with product, engineering and design teams to improve user activation and retention

- Experience in a marketing or growth role for an app/ website
Brownie points if you have :
- Experience in managing PPC advertising on Adwords and/or Facebook Power Editor
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Excellent communication skills
- Some understanding of web & app technologies
