Role:

We're looking for a VP of Engineering to run and manage the technology function and build out a team from scratch.

Candidate Responsibilities:

- Experience working in a startup environment and scaling up a technology.

- Experience hiring engineers and managing engineering teams

- Track record of delivering to agreed time-frames and budgets

- Ability to think from a user perspective and prioritize based on user needs and business objectives

- A mobile first view of the world, with experience on projects building / managing native apps on iOS and Android

Ideal Candidates:

- Only from a Tier - 1 college (IIT's/BITS)

- Experience in building and managing engineering teams.
