About our Client - Our client is a leading insurance/reinsurance firm globally with significant growth plans for the India region, our client is embarking on the next stage of the development of their Global Centers based out of Mumbai and Pune As part of their growth plans, they are looking for a seasoned professional for their transformation consulting team to support on large strategic projects across global geographies.

Job Description - Reporting into Director - Business Transformation, you will lead the transformation consulting vertical and drive strategic projects across business lines defining target operating model and driving synergies. You would also be responsible for:

- Manage stakeholder relationships, and drive business for the team

- Identify opportunities for business enhancements and build a business case for change

- Strengthen the delivery methodology and provide superior solutions through analysis, optimum delivery mechanisms and recommendations

- Lead and motivate a team of operational managers, business stakeholders, other project resources

The Successful Candidate - MBA from Tier - 1 Business School with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience working in a management consulting firm is a must

- Experience of working on large transformation projects using Lean and Six Sigma

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

- Extensive project initiation and business analysis experience

- You should be open to travel internationally for upto 50% of the time

- Successful track record of leading large cross-border projects with a consulting firm.
