Our Client is a Leading Automobile Giant Based out at Indore. Looking for a VP Manufacturing/Operations or Plant Head

Job Description:-

- The incumbent will be Plant Incharge for Operations of entire Manufacturing Plant - equipped with Robotic Welding, Electrophoretic painting and conveyorised environment for assembly

- Applicants should be Engineers (Mech./Auto) with minimum 20-25 years experience of which not less than 3-4 years should be as Head operations with Automobile Company/Auto Component/Heavy Engineering.

- Should have first-hand knowledge of modern welding practices, automobile body manufacturing technique, as also knowledge of paint lines and assembly shops.

- Industrial engineering background preferred.

- Job calls for high degree of leadership qualities and man management abilities, besides high technical competence.
