- Formulate the group level Leadership hiring strategies.
- Strategize and implement the recruitment initiatives of the Group.
- Build strategies for MDPs with tier one colleges in the country.
- Brand the group amongst the Pedigree colleges and Pedigree hires.
- Work with CXO level stake holders on day to day frame.
- Partner with country's leading consulting firms for various management projects at group level.
- Developing and executing on candidate generation strategies and building a pipeline of executive talent, including the direct sourcing of candidates.
- Understanding current market dynamics and enabling to utilize for effective hiring.
- Having strong market insights, performing detailed research, industry calibration, and reference checking.
- Observation, reporting and controlling cost of hire as per agreed budgets.
- Effectively identifying and partnering with external recruitment & search agencies on targeted external searches where necessary.
- Crafting, articulating and negotiating offers (compensation, benefits, relocation, etc.)
- Communicating and collaborating with business partners and stakeholders across the company
- Candidate should have 15 -20 years of experience in recruitment with leading companies and should have exposure to all facets of recruitment. The incumbent should have handled a team and multiple location and domain hiring. Hiring, recruitment, people management
