Client Details :

Our client is a global UK based cultural organization that specializes in international cultural and educational opportunities. They have significant organizational transformation plans and are looking for an experienced change & transformation leader that can drive global projects across diverse functions.

Description :

As a Global Change and Transformation lead, you would:

- Act as a focal point for all change across our various business streams to ensure that change is delivered into country effectively and efficiently

- Work with teams at the global level to monitor upcoming changes, ensure countries are ready for the change and then drive for implementation at the country level

- Develop/review plans and change requirements from a number of change programmes and initiatives and then managing the delivery of that change into the appropriate countries

- Carry out change readiness assessment taking into account all programmes landing in the various countries to ensure successful implementation

Profile :

- 9+ years of experience building and implementing organization wide change & transformation

- Experience of leading the regional delivery of a large scale global change programme involving significant culture change across a dispersed organization which would include procuring and managing third party supplier and partner arrangements

- Professional project management qualification(s), such as APMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall etc

- Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of business strategy and practices

- Demonstrable ability to shape forward plans, taking into account strategy, risks and impact

- High level skills in project/program management and evaluation
