VP - Financial Restructuring - BFSI

We, Talisman Advisors, an executive search and selection firm specializing in the recruitment of middle to senior level talent, are looking for a VP Financial Restructuring with one of our financial clients based out of Mumbai. Our client is one of the leading financial Advisory firm in India.

The incumbent will be pitching in for new business, tracking industries/markets to identify new business. He will be undertaking debt structuring engagements for large corporate across sectors. Preparing Business plans, discussions with lenders, promoters.

He will be managing a team of AVP & Sr Associates, providing assistance and support to the team.

The candidate must be a CA/MBA with 8-12 years of experience in investment banking with atleast 4+ of experience in debt syndication or restructuring.
