VP - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG

Large Indian conglomerate seeking a VP- FP&A head reporting into the group CFO

The head of Financial Planning and Analysis will lead the budgeting, forecasting and analysis activities of the Company and will be an integral member of the senior finance team. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage a team of financial managers and analysts to support the increasingly complex planning functions of a rapidly growing Company while also improving upon existing processes to minimize the downstream planning workload on department leaders.

The person will oversee planning across all verticals of the Company, including sales and marketing, operations, IT and supporting departments. Your work will include the development and mentoring of financial managers and analysts to achieve excellence in planning and analysis. To be successful in the role, the person will have advanced proficiency in excel modeling, financial scenario development and a deep understanding of complex financial concepts and the related impact on the financial statements.

10-20 years of experience in a similar leadership role with a MBA/CA
