Job Summary

Responsibilities:

- Lead the Financial Planning and Reporting for one or more lines of businesses

- Manage change for the Reporting teams as the Bank moves to e-Ledger - SAP implementation

- Build, manage and retain team of high caliber, experienced resources

- Develop strategies to enhance the overall efficiency by leading from front, in detailed analysis/improvements of applications and processes

- Implement applicable control standards in the Reporting process that manage considerable financial and/or operational risk

- Responsible for ensuring all regulatory and risk compliance standards are met

- Keeping an eye on control and monitoring key risk and keeping an eye on indicators

- Focusing on associate value proposition through associate engagement and laying special emphasis on lateral and vertical growth
