About our Client - Our client is a leading multinational in the life sciences and health care space in India. With a strong global market leading brand to leverage from, their India operations are growing consistently in the past few years of their presence in India. They are currently hiring for a VP- Finance Systems(Techno Finance) based out of their office in Gurgaon

Job Description - Reporting directly into the Director finance, you will be responsible for :

- Leading a team of resources on a broad set of initiatives including but not limited to process improvement, new system implementation, best practices/external benchmarking, acquisition and ERP integration

- Garner executive support, work cross-functionally and align/manage resources effectively

- Provide technical and business consulting to business level managers on financial systems and operational processes

- Promote innovative design and delivery for financial services and business priorities

- Develop strategic roadmap working with IT and Functional Managers

- Leading strategic initiatives in Finance Programs and Solutions team

- Establish a work environment with strong employee engagement, clear and quick decision-making, and a focus on customers and partners

The Successful Candidate

- You are a CA with 12-15 years of post qualification experience in an MNC environment.

- You should have exposure of interacting with stakeholders from different countries and cultural environments.

- Should have strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team of experienced managers and employees.

- Understanding of financial solutions and processes including SAP, Business Intelligence along with the leadership skills in implementing program/organization strategies is a must.
