VP - Finance - Strategy & Equity Fund Raising - Startup

Equity and Fundraising:

- Lead the development and execution of the company's equity fundraising strategy.

- Establish and maintain relationships with potential investors, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to create compelling investment propositions and pitch materials.

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

- Oversee the financial planning process, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting aligned with strategic goals.

- Provide insightful analysis on financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

- Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.

Strategic Partnerships with NBFCs:

- Form strategic partnerships with Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to optimize financial resources.

- Negotiate and structure financing agreements that align with the organization's financial goals.

- Monitor and manage ongoing relationships with NBFCs, ensuring compliance with agreements.

Risk Management:

- Assess and manage financial risks, implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics that may impact the financial landscape.

Leadership and Team Management:
