VP - Finance - Private Equity

Looking for VP-Finance candidates with one of our private equity clients catering to the entertainment and education industry.

- This person would be overlooking the financial and accounting functions for the asset as well as portfolio companies. This would include formulating top-level corporate strategies, cost management, financial restructuring, investor identification, deal closure, financial due-diligence, etc.

- CAs with 15-18 years of post-qualification experience as a financial controller with a private equity/consulting firm would be preferred. He/She should have managed a conglomerate of companies as each company’s finance person would be reporting into him and he/she will be directly reporting into the Managing Partner.
