VP - Finance - Power/Infra

Hiring for Leadership position in finance for Power Generation company.

Looking for CA+CS with 15+ experience from power/infra industry

Brief of JD:

- Firsthand Experience of raising large debt from International/Local Financial Institutions and Banks for Projects (preferred Infra/renewable Energy projects)

- Should be in a position to manage a team of key Project Finance Professionals and drive International / domestic fund raising for the Groups new Solar Projects.

- Must have hands on Experience in Financial Modelling, preparing and presenting business and financial projections to lenders at highest levels, negotiating financing terms, driving the team under for making applications, sanctions and due diligence of loans with Institutions.

- Exposure to International/domestic Equity raising with VC’s preferred.
