About our Client - Our client is one of the leading energy and power firms with their operations across India. They have managed to build a strong brand in India by delivering remarkable projects and grow the business exponentially. The business has grown considerably over the past few years and they are looking for a capable Vice President - Finance to spearhead one of their key residential projects to be based in Mumbai.

Job Description - You would be reporting directly to the Group CFO, managing a team of 8 people in finance. As a brief summary of your responsibilities:

- Raising funds with a specific focus on Project finance, working capital, raising debt and equity exposure as well

- Liaising and negotiating with bankers on raising funds, increasing non-fund based limits and new project expansion

- Treasury management - this would include including cash flow projections, liquidity management, management of financing / borrowings

- In addition, you would be required to motivate, develop and nurture the internal talent in the organisation.

The Successful Candidate - You are a qualified Chartered Accountant with 15 to 20+ years post qualification experience and have been managing the Finance function of an MNC within the Energy and Power space. You must come have raised funds in excess of Rs. 5,000Cr across Debt and equity. You must have experience in Project finance and arranging of funds through bankers (negotiating fund based and non funds based limits). You must have a strong track record of success in leading projects and working with international teams. The ideal candidate is based in Mumbai.
