One of the leading Ecommerce Startup is looking For a Experienced Finance Professional For a leadership Position Of VP- Finance to based Out at Gurgaon Location .

Experience -8- 11 Years

Qualification- CA First Attempt

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting, Compliances and Internal Controls:

- Establish sound financial practices and control mechanisms as per business requirements and relevant laws

- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for revenue recognition, working capital management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll etc.

- Establish business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Overall responsible for the preparation of budget and financial forecasts

- Manage all the internal as well as external reporting including investor reporting, and management reporting

Taxation:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and central government tax requirements - both direct and indirect

- Ensure that there is no tax leakage in the system

Information Management:

- Engage with key stakeholders including top management, investors, business heads - tech, operations, marketing, etc.

- Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs and systems
