- Prepare the annual financial plan in line with the business strategy

- Evaluate and recommend Investment in strategic areas

- Facilitate the management to monitor Plan Vs Actual, to submit the exception report to the management and facilitate the management to focus on critical areas

- Costing & pricing models to increase market shares and profitability

- Define the budgetary allocations and controls

- Monitor the budgeted top line performance

- Monitor the operating expenses to maximize the margins

- Define cost control measures and explore cost reduction strategies

- Improve the company’s profitability by comparing against Industry and competitors.

- Compliances of tax/non-tax and legal matters.

- Handle assessments, audits and litigation related to business

- To track business performance and annual operating plan

- To report and highlight critical variances in profitability

- To ensure that strategic Investment areas are being focused and get the desired results.

- To facilitate the management to focus on critical and important areas and therefore, organization goals are achieved.

- Raising capital for future growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

- CA/CWA/MBA in Finance with 15 plus years of experience in Finance function. Should have strong knowledge in Pricing & Merges & Acquisition. Must have good experience in Balance Equity function. Experience in services space especially ITES / BPO will be an added advantage.

CTC would be 35 - 40 Lakhs.
