VP-Finance & Accounts

Responsibilities:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant carrying experience of around 10-15 years

- Responsible for overall Accounts, taxation, audit, MIS budgeting; finance for the company; the SPV's.

- To monitor day to day accounting activities including accounts payable and receivable function

- Responsible for preparation and timely closure of Quarterly ; Annual Financials of listed entity and its subsidiaries

- To monitor timely completion of various compliances under Direct and Indirect Tax Law

- Ensure timely and accurate payments of tax's as applicable under Direct and Indirect Tax Law

- Responsible for completion of Statutory Audits of various SPV's

- Responsible for timely completion of Internal Audits of various SPV's and ensure that same is conducted as per pre-defined scope
