VP - Finance & Accounts - Pharma/Mfg

Vice President- Finance & Accounts

- Qualified CA with 15 to 20 years’ experience

- ERP, MIS and International Accounting exposure

- Should have good exposure to Accounting, Finance and Process Costing.

- Should have worked in large Manufacturing set-ups in the past, preferably Pharmaceutical manufacturing companies, with an exposure to plant accounting.

- Exposure to handling foreign operations

- Strategic Orientation and Planning ability

- Knowledge of taxation and statutory compliances

- High Customer orientation

- Leadership and change management.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to inspire teams to produce quality output within tight timeframes

- Process driven person with high integrity and stable jobs.

- Grounded, can influence without authority. Leadership role, directly reporting to the MD
