Key Accountabilities & Competencies:

- Leading and influencing the high performing management team to deliver and exceed business objectives.

- Working independently and directly with multiple senior stakeholders within --- Group and-- entities for their processes delivered from India

- Providing vertical leadership, large & complex program management, and new transitions and managing implementation of improved processes in finance, and ensuring compliance as per relevant norms.

- Managing growth to new geographies as a part of Group finance strategy

- Lead Transformation to deliver On efficiency and improvements

- Ensure strong controls are established for all processes and risk management practices are inculcated and there are no surprises in running operations

- Developing strong service level agreements with internal customers & clients when required

- Build an effective communication plan with the internal and external stakeholders.

- Build relationship and confidence with clients to identify and evaluate future opportunities.

- Manage budget and financials for area of responsibility independently

- Identify and deliver new opportunities of End to End optimization with current / new partners

- Manage Resourcing including performance management, leadership development and succession planning

- Drive teams towards constant achievement of SLAs / KPIs, analysing and resolving root cause of failures

- Build and retain a high performance team.

- Delivery within the teams includes preparation internal reports (strat Plan, budgets and forecasts, reports to management committees such as realized capital gains) or external ones (IFRS reports), analysis of economic and accounting data, ensuring compliance of entities/countries on instructions given, identifying and analyzing uncertainties as well as other financial processes delivery such as Subledgers / Record to Report process

Parameters for hiring:

- The role is challenging and dynamic. The business problems requiring to be solved will necessitate creative expertise and strong negotiation skills on an ongoing basis.

- This role is expected to function independently with limited supervision from F&A head and in liaison with Group central stakeholders. It is expected that the incumbent is capable of taking business and policy decisions pertaining to function/s managed and is accountable for the same.
