About our Client: Our client is a listed Pharma MNC, headquartered in Mumbai. With turnover exceeding 10,000 crores and global presence in 5 countries, they are now looking at an individual to lead their finance & accounts team.

Job Description: Reporting to the CFO, your key responsibilities will include:

- Finalisation of quarterly and annual accounts for all group companies

- Annual Budgeting, planning & forecasting, and ensuring compliance and consolidation of the same

- Fund - Raising, and coordinating with investors and rating agencies

- Being responsible for the MIS and banking activities

The Successful Candidate:

- As a successful applicant, you should be CA with more than 20 years of experience.

- You should have experience of leading the Finance & Accounts team for 5 years in a Pharma MNC.

- You should have experience of handling multiple geographies and should have good knowledge of IFRS and International consolidation
