VP - Finance & Accounts - CA

Please refer below mentioned job responsibilities:

- Lead the entire Finance and Accounting function

- Experience in Software as a Service 'SaaS' preferred but not mandatory

- Experience in handling entities from multiple jurisdictions

- Must have deep knowledge of cash management, cash forecasting and fund planning

- Experience in drafting business plans and financial projections

- Prior experience in leading a team is mandatory

- Knowledge of IFRS, Ind GAAP and US GAAP mandatory

- Must be handy with tools like Xero, Stripe etc.

- FP&A experience mandatory

- Must be able to demonstrate deploying automations to bring in efficiencies in the Finance and Accounting function

- Experience in crypto preferred but not mandatory

- Stakeholder management including bankers, regulators, employees of the companies etc

- Experience in handling fundraising and Merger & Acquisition preferred but not mandatory.
