VP - Finance & Accounts

Role :

- Primary responsibility of budget preparation at the start of every financial year.

- Forecasting revenue and expenses at the end of every quarter against the budget.

- Circulation of departmental wise budgets to the departmental heads and monitoring thereon. Providing feedback on variances and control measures

- Project wise costing. Profitability report for each project

- Providing data and other information to the investment

- MIS and reporting.

- Budgeting in co-ordination with line staff.

- Oversees Internal Audit.

- Comply with all reporting deadlines and other requirements.

- Implement policies and ensure adherence to controls.

- US Licensing

- Ensure that the Fixed Asset Management system is in place.

- Finance Policies and Processes Documentation.

- Adherence to Information Security Policy

- Ensuring applicable Insurance plan to safeguard the company's assets and in line with customer requirements.

- Oversees Accounts receivables and payable.

- Oversees filing of tax returns -income tax/RBI/TDS returns.

- Providing the costs for the new prospects.

- Coordinating with the lawyers in the process of finalizing agreements viz. Shareholders agreements, contracts with clients etc.

- Ensure the timely and accurate processing and disbursement of payroll

- Negotiate with banks for maintenance of existing facilities and obtaining new facilities.

- Maintains all vendor agreements, contracts, e.g. A M C/ Transport/ Insurance of fixed assets etc

- Devise cost control measures

- Guidance to line staff for cost control.

- Carry out Statutory deduction from salary of PPF/ESIC/Profession Tax/TDS

- Oversees Banking and Treasury operations.

- Oversees payments and expenses related to U.S. Liaison office.

- Finance Policies and Processes Documentation.

- Compliance to all statutory reporting and regulatory requirements.

- Adherence to Information Security Policy.
