VP - Facility Manager/Premises Manager - Property Services

Your role :

- In this role on the Property Services team, you will report directly to GCS Head India and Regional Head of Integrated Facilities Management.

- You will maintain a close working partnership with all peer GCS managers, and local senior management as required and also maintain operational relationships with service partner team.

- You will establish partnerships at all levels within the supplier, emphasizing: collaboration, clear expectations, common goals, trust and transparency

- You will ensure SLAs agreed with vendor partners are on track and partners are delivering per contracted KPIs

- You will oversee all engineering infrastructure, housekeeping and other property related services across both Pune BSC Locations

- You will manage seat charge back for all India BSC locations

Your team:

You will have vendor partner team to manage which include 2 locations in Pune - Commerzone and Eon II

Your expertise:

- You have experience managing service based contracts.

- You have vendor management and team skills.

- You assess risks proactively providing safe and hygienic work environment for our employees.

- You have experience collaborating with Workplace Design, Real Estate, Health and Safety and Capital Projects teams delivering fitout.
