About our Client - Our client is the World's largest business services firm with a track record of continuous growth in last 5 years. Due to the expansion in their client portfolio they are expanding their teams in India.

Job Description - Reporting to the Business Leader, you will be the Global Operating Leader for large F&A BPO Operations in the Pharma & Life Sciences Vertical. You will be responsible for :

- Delivering on Financial goals for the business, identifying opportunities for Growth & deliver on growth commitments for achieving Revenue Targets |

- Ensuring Operational Excellence, Customer/Key stakeholder management and People Engagement. Deliver on Financial goals for the business; identify opportunities within customer base to mine new business. |

- Lead People piece end-to-end , manage a team of 200+ people. Set goals for the team and communicate goals and other information, hiring to exit.|

- Understand performance metrics. Work closely with the customer in identifying opportunities for improvement / reasons for sub-par performance & execute on them. |

The Successful Candidate - You must be a CA/MBA Finance with 14+ years of experience with strong domain experience in Finance and Accounting and Commercial in the Pharmaceutical industry. You need to have a strong business acumen, negotiation skills along with the ability to manage senior stakeholders. You should have expertise in front-ending business deals and execution.
