Qualification: BE Civil

Experience 18-20 years from premium Real Estate companies and currently should be atleast a GM or AVP level. Candidates must be from the construction industry with at least 5 years in execution/project management of projects in Residential, High Rise buildings/Commercial constructions. Experience in Contract handling is required.

Candidates from Infrastructure companies will not be entertained.

Age - Around 45 Years

Report to: SBU Head

Location: Hyderabad

- Those who are drawing less than 40L current salary, please do not apply.

- Candidates willing to join at short notice (say 1 month to 45 day's) will be preferred.

Strategic

- To prepare planning document detailing the project plan and interface of various agencies and or departments in the execution with the milestones for the individual agency / department

- To prepare project execution philosophy through involvement of the concerned so as to ensure meeting the project completion criterions

- Organizing and participating in management review meetings and making presentation on major issues

Operational

- Responsible for project planning, scheduling and monitoring the project activities

- Responsible for developing project process and performance schedules

- To generate data and analysis to support strategic property planning, approvals

- Oversee & guide team members at senior level in terms of planning, organizing resources, setting standards of quality,etc

- To document costing of physical assets, improve operations through Value engineering initiatives, and efficiently plan for the future

- To document capital projects efficiently through approval processes and to ensure regulatory compliance, minimizing risk

- To monitor the project execution progress based on the actual Vs planned. Highlight the deviations for proactive measures of damage control

Financial

- Finalize department/project budget and ensure adherence to the same

- Ensure minimal expenditure on obtaining licenses and approvals

People

- Conduct performance appraisals on departmental staff / personnel. Assess and fulfill training and career development requirements

- Coach subordinates to develop the team’s capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline for the role

Technical Knowledge

- Knowledge of relevant construction methodologies

- Ability to examine and re-engineer operations & procedures

- Knowledge of construction contract documents and specifications

- Ability to develop and maintain knowledge management systems and procedures
