What you'll do:  - Decide key architecture and infrastructure design   - Ensure stability and scalability of a platform that evolves at rapid pace  - Lead engineering team to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and timetables  - Implement, deploy and maintain web technology products used by millions of users across thousands of businesses  - Deliver complex technical products in an Agile environment  - Build and manage a highly competent team of engineers   - Work with key stake holders to develop, manage and maintain the platform roadmap   We are looking for a person with:  - 10-15 years of work experience with a minimum of the following:  a) 4-5 years of experience in building products for eCommerce   b) 4-5 years of experience in code review and coding  c) More than 4 years of management experience  - Experience in building/growing technology teams   - Successful track record of building scalable and stable SaaS solutions  - Strong architectural experience in building enduring SOA solutions  - Sound understanding of and success with agile product development  - Ability to collaborate with all stake holders of the business.  - Excellent communication skills.
