Description - Leading a young, highly motivated team in a space of disruptive technology in B2B Product market. Working directly with CEO & Co-Founders on delivering the technical road-map for the organisation.

Client Details : 

The client is a well-funded, mature start-up operating in the B2B Product space.

Description : 

1. Designing a blueprint for system and product growth. Supervising timely testing, execution, deployment and delivery.

2. Strong grasp of full stack networking, scalable web back-end, all genres of platforms technologies, AI, ML and IOT.

3. Understanding business needs and working with a young team to build technology infrastructure which efficiently captures the organization's strategic requirements.

4. Mentoring a team of engineers of world class pedigree.

5. Ability to be hands on and highly proactive for effective software design, implementation, debugging and quality.

6. Delivering multiple projects across a wide breadth of technologies and engaging with internal as well as external stakeholders.

Profile : 

Must Haves:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience working in a tech leadership role. Candidates proactively involved in product development will be preferred.

2. Micro-services architecture exposure.

3. Hands on experience in following technologies in past - Java / Mongo / MySQL / Kafka/ Angular/ React.

4. Updated with new technology advancements and leveraged them in recent products.

5. Proven track record with highly scalable products/platforms.

6. Past experience in product based companies is a must.

7. Engineering from a top-tier college.

8. Analytical leader with an objective thinking process and growth mindset.

9. Ability to work in a high growth environment and mentor young talent.

10. Result-oriented with a high sense of ownership.
