FIF Group will focus catering to financing needs for mid-size NBFCs, our endeavour is to provide solutions on their borrowing and capital raising program. Our target clientele are an investment grade who have tested business model with having VCs invested in the firm with backing of reputed board and experience management.

Client partners are center of our business and we at shall offer financing solutions on Debt and Equity keeping the client requirements at first, which continues to be the raw material for an NBFC. We believe customized financing solutions will help our client partners to diversify the source of financing on their borrowing needs.

The diversified offering includes Term Loans/MLDs/NCDs/PTCs on the debt side and working with our client partners on private placements of their capital raise. The journey at begins with building long-term relationships with our clientele and to support them across their lifecycle

1. BASIC ROLE INFORMATION:

Venture Capital and Equity Funding

To be responsible for managing Venture Capital and Private Equity Funding for FIF Group

- Work with and support portfolio companies, including attending board meetings and monitoring performance to ensure returns and strategic objectives are achieved

- Have experience from sourcing to exiting investments, including deal analysis, due diligence, reviewing and negotiating all documentation, serving as deal interface, and driving deal processes to completion

- Has connect and covered PE Funds and VC Funds who have an appetite to write cheques from INR 150 Cr to INR 300 Cr for mid-sized financial services on their capital raising program

- Should necessarily have the connect and relationships with New Age Tech funds

- Managed actively in closing PE deals in Fintech and Financials Services space in particular focus towards MFIs/HFCs/Vehicle Finance/Fintech NBFCs

- Maintain great relationships with entrepreneurs and other Venture Capital and Private Equity Growth funds

- Validate the business opportunity, establish an investment case, and structure and negotiate terms for potential investments
