VP/Director/Manager - SaaS Product Engineering - IIT/NIT/BITS

- Should- ve at least 12 years- experience in SaaS product engineering; with at least 3 years in managing teams with size between 10 and 15.

- B.Tech or BE from a reputed engineering college.

- Ability to break down software deliverables into time sensitive and ordered set of software components that engineers can build; for up to 10 concurrent features and 3-4 work streams.

- Ability to plan out various activities and keep the plan updated as a means of communication with stakeholders - Microsoft Project or Taskjuggler skills are a big plus.

- Fundamentals of programming principles should be familiar and have hands on experience with Java with Spring, Unix/Mac to shell level, one relational database (Oracle, MySQL or PostgreSQL).

- Experience in one front end development work (Android, iOS or Web) technologies is a plus point.

- Precise conversation skills in English

- Guide people in making software design cheat sheets.
