We are currently hiring for a Premier Sports Management Company in India, looking for MBA candidates ,who have worked in a leadership position which should critically include driving the digital businesses at digital first category entities e.g., e-commerce, Sportstech, Fintech, edtech, Foodtech, Digital marketing, SEO / SMM.
Skills required:
i. Extensive expertise in key digital principles, including person centred design, prototyping and agile delivery in a sensitive and complex environment.
ii. Knowledge of IT & information governance including data security and data privacy etc.
iii. Extensive experience of working with third party suppliers, including digital agencies and software vendors.
iv. Deep understanding of the digital medium and its impact, proven expertise in building & scaling digital products & services.
v. Abreast with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements.
vi. Knowledge of website analytics' tools.
vii. Experience of building and managing tech and digital teams.
viii. Setting flexible and robust standards and procedures in the technology and digital functions for the organization.
Role:
- Strategize and spearhead the digital transformation in alignment with the overall vision of the company and the promoters.
- Create, develop, operationalize and drive a robust roadmap including a business plan for the organization to exploit the huge opportunity which company sees in the digital space.
- Improving the effectiveness and impact of existing digital assets of Company in order to optimize the revenue and profit in the existing properties.
- Resource planning, management and leading a solid digital team required to pursue the digital journey by the company
- Development, monitoring and delivery of digital products and projects, including technology and change management required in the process.
- Ensure best practices and processes across the organization and its group companies in the digital and tech domains.
- Working closely with CFO on execution and monitoring of the agreed digital business plans every year.
- Overall responsibility of smooth functioning of technological systems and infrastructure.
- Closely working with all other functional heads and leading and guiding them on effectively using digital avenues and technology to make their respective functions more efficient.
